Brain Damaging Habits


1. No Breakfast 
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. 

- so that, we must have breakfast. because breakfast is good some people say, if take breakfast then sakit perut nak ke tandas. bagus apa macam tu? sebab akan cuci usus kamu dari sisa-sisa. dalam sisa-sisa tu ada toxin which is not good for your body. some people not have breakfast because want diet..that is just stupid idea. if you not taking breakfast, the probability untuk makan banyak waktu lunch agak tinggi.  must take breakfast even-though just have a glass of milk or biscuits. breakfast doesn't mean you have to eat nasi lemak, roti canai or other heavy meal. just light meal and low calorie just enough.

2 . Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power. 

- perut dah kata no, tapi mulut masih nak ngap ngap ngap.. don't over eating please! kalau kamu rasa lapar, cuba minum air masak. tengok dalam 5 minit masih lapar ke tak. sebab kadang-kadang tu mainan minda kamu je.

3. Smoking 
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease. 

4. High Sugar consumption 

Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development. 

- kurang kan gula dalam makanan atau minuman, tambahkan manisan dalam senyuman ^__^
5. Air Pollution 
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency. 

- pagi-pagi kalau dapat hirup udara segar memang best, tapi dengan keadaan jerebu. mana mahu dapat udara bersih??

6 . Sleep Deprivation 

Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.. 
- tidur mesti cukup, jangan terlebih jangan kurang. petua awet muda juga ni.
7. Head covered while sleeping 
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects. 


8. Working your brain during illness 

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain. 

- time badan tak sihat. please don't push your self. study smart, not study hard ok!

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts 
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage. 
- otak pun perlukan senaman, beli je buku puzzle atau main sudoku. bagus untuk kesihatan otak. orang yahudi suka buat latihan matematik sewaktu pregnant supaya anak yang lahir nanti bijak.
10. Talking Rarely 
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

- sekali sekala join perbincangan ilmiah.. jangan asyik nak gossip je.
