upon wake-up : phsyllium husk 2 teaspon heap

breakfast: daging burger dengan cheese, grill tomato


lunch: lamb chop tanpa sos, asparagus grill


dinner: daging beger dengan cheese, tomato grill

before bedtime: psyllium husks 2 teaspon (heap)

air mineral: 4L++
supplement:
bitreen - untuk cuci darah dan detoxification
Proviton Multivitamin with Ginseng untuk bekalkan tenaga
Exercise: 35 minit berjalan 3KM/Jam
